Audra M. Bayer Law Corp. is the family law practice of Audra Bayer, who was called to the Bar in Manitoba in 2000 and founded the firm in Winnipeg before moving the practice to West Kelowna, British Columbia in 2012. In October 2022 the practice joined FH&P Lawyers LLP, and Bayer now practices as Associate Counsel out of that firm's West Kelowna office on Louie Drive. The practice concentrates on family law, with an emphasis on mediation, arbitration, and collaborative resolution rather than default litigation.

Bayer is a certified mediator and arbitrator and a trained collaborative law practitioner. The practice takes on high-conflict cases where family violence, mental health, or substance misuse complicate a separation, as well as complex asset division and income determination in high-net-worth matters. Bayer received the Martindale Hubbell Client Distinction Award for Excellence in Client Service in 2013 and 2015, sits on the CBABC Advisory Committee to Judicial Council, and co-chairs the Okanagan Family Bar Section. The practice serves families across the Central Okanagan, from West Kelowna to Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon.
