BC Immigration is a solo Canadian immigration law practice run by David Aujla, who has practised law for more than forty years with a sole focus on Canadian immigration law. Aujla holds degrees in biochemistry, philosophy, and law, and graduated from the Western law school in 1974. Aujla is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association's immigration subsection, and is an associate of Crease Harman LLP, a Victoria law firm. The practice advises clients around the world from offices in Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia.

BC Immigration offers two levels of service: a paid telephone consultation that walks a prospective client through the requirements, timelines, and costs of their situation, and full representation before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for people who decide to go ahead with an application. The firm's work covers permanent residence applications, Express Entry, the BC Provincial Nomination Program, Canadian citizenship, work permits, spousal and common-law sponsorships, and business immigration, including the Business Investor Class and immigration under CUSMA. Because immigration scams often involve callers who impersonate lawyers, the firm's site warns that Aujla doesn't place unsolicited calls asking for personal information and doesn't communicate through WhatsApp or Telegram.
