Simard Boivin Lemieux (SBL) is a Quebec law firm with lawyers and notaries serving Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, the Mauricie region, and Nord-du-Quebec from six offices in Alma, Dolbeau-Mistassini, Roberval, Saguenay (Chicoutimi), Saint-Felicien, and Shawinigan. It was formed in 2003 through the merger of three established regional firms and practices in more than twenty areas of law, including corporate, construction, family, employment, municipal, and civil and commercial litigation. A notarial practice, Patricia Desmeules Notaire inc., joined SBL in 2019.
