Tucci Professional Corporation is a law firm in Vaughan, Ontario, with more than thirty years of combined experience in real estate, corporate and development law, wills and estates, and notarizing and commissioning services. The firm works from a single office on Jane Street, in the Maple area of the city, and its practice centres on residential and commercial real estate for clients across the Greater Toronto Area. It also advises small business owners on incorporations, amalgamations and commercial leases, and helps developers move projects from government approvals through construction financing and land conveyancing.

Founder Greg Tucci received a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor in 1989 at age 21, and was called to the Bar in 1991. Over more than three decades in practice, Greg Tucci has closed roughly 25,000 real estate transactions and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association's and Ontario Bar Association's real estate law sections. Jessica Tucci, the founder's child, joined the firm after also graduating from the University of Windsor's law program, in 2018, and being called to the Bar in June 2019. Jessica Tucci's practice concentrates on real estate, particularly private financing, including representation of lenders.
