Sabharwal Law Professional Corporation is a small family and residential real estate law firm based in Vaughan, Ontario. Founder Karishma Sabharwal opened the practice in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and built it around virtual consultations and virtual real estate closings, so clients across the Greater Toronto Area, including Brampton, Mississauga, Markham, and North York, can get help without necessarily visiting the office in person.

Sabharwal holds a JD from South Texas College of Law in Houston and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. The path to running a solo practice started with a job as a law clerk at a small family law firm in Richmond Hill, followed by articling and an associate role there, then a stint on the family law team at a firm in Mississauga before opening this practice. Sabharwal now appears before both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice on family law matters.

The firm's two main practice areas are family law, covering uncontested and contested divorce, separation agreements, parenting time, child and spousal support, division of property, marriage contracts, and unbundled services for people representing themselves, and residential real estate, covering purchases, sales, and mortgage refinancing. It also handles smaller matters such as document notarization, independent legal advice, document review, and simple will drafting.
