Rizzotto Law Firm is a personal injury practice based in Vaughan, Ontario, working from an office on Steeles Avenue West. Founder Joseph J. Rizzotto was called to the bar in 1994 and has spent more than 30 years on plaintiff injury and insurance work, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, brain and spinal cord injuries, wrongful death claims, and product liability cases. Rizzotto holds an honours B.A. from McMaster University, a master's degree in political science from Carleton University, an LL.B. from the University of Windsor Law School, and an LL.M. in civil litigation and dispute resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School, and has appeared at trials, arbitrations, and hearings before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal.

Alfred T. May, the firm's other lawyer, spent years as a senior insurance adjuster and defense counsel for major Canadian insurers before moving, in 2004, to representing injured claimants exclusively. From its single Vaughan office the firm takes on clients across a wide stretch of the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, including accident benefit claims, tort claims against at fault drivers, and short and long term disability disputes with insurers.
