About Khayamian Law

Khayamian Law is a solo employment law practice run by Deidre Khayamian out of Vaughan, Ontario, operating fully remotely for clients across the province. The practice covers both sides of the employment relationship, advising employees on contracts, terminations, and human rights complaints, and helping employers with workplace policies, compliance, and investigations into misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.

Khayamian holds a Juris Doctor from Queen's University Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario bar in 2021. Before that, several years as a law clerk at a large Bay Street firm and an articling term at SpringLaw, an employment law firm, in 2020 built a grounding in workplace files ahead of starting an independent practice. The practice negotiates settlements, works out strategy for dispute resolution, and gives practical guidance to clients facing workplace problems, and its virtual model means meetings happen by phone and video as often as in person.
