About J. Wool Law Professional Corporation

J. Wool Law Professional Corporation is a solo law practice founded in December 2025 and based in Vaughan, Ontario. Wool was called to the Ontario bar in June 2025 and set up the firm as a focused, client centred practice covering personal injury and tort litigation, civil litigation, family law, wills and estates, notary services, and residential real estate transactions. The firm represents clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Family Court, the Divisional Court, and the Small Claims Court.

Before founding the firm, Wool articled at a civil litigation firm in Vaughan, working on files and helping resolve and settle claims. Wool's education spans three countries: a Bachelor of Science with honours from the Technical University of Moldova, an LL.B. with honours from the University of Law in the United Kingdom, and an LL.M. in Canadian law from the University of Toronto. Wool practices in English, Romanian, and Russian, so clients from those language communities can work with the firm directly rather than through an interpreter.
