About Grossi & Associates

Grossi & Associates is a general practice law firm in Vaughan, Ontario, founded by Isidoro R. Grossi. Grossi earned an honours degree from York University in 1996, a law degree from the University of Windsor in 1999, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2001. The firm handles family law, civil litigation, employment law, wills and estates, small claims court matters, criminal law, and corporate and business law. Grossi is fluent in Italian and belongs to the York Region Law Association.

The team includes associate lawyer Davinder Ajrawat, who studied at York University and the University of Birmingham and was called to the bar in 2019, working on family litigation, wills, and estate litigation matters. A student-at-law, Simran Datta, is completing articling at the firm ahead of an anticipated October 2026 call to the Ontario bar. In employment law, the firm represents both employees and employers, covering wrongful dismissal, human rights, and non-compete and non-solicitation disputes. The office also includes a dog, Ash, whose page on the firm's own team roster lists the role as 'Chief Morale Officer.'
