Caspersz Chegini LLP is a family law firm based in Vaughan, Ontario, on Rutherford Road near Jane Street. Kevin G. Caspersz and Lisa Chegini co-founded the firm and continue to serve as its managing partners. Caspersz earned a psychology degree from Queen's University in 2000 and a law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2004, then was called to the bar in New York in 2005 and in Ontario in 2008, moving from commercial, civil, and class action litigation into family law exclusively in 2013. Chegini studied criminology and contemporary studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, started in the legal field as a legal assistant in 2010, and earned a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2016.

The firm's team also includes associate lawyers, a senior law clerk, and an intake coordinator, and works exclusively in family law: divorce and separation, parenting and child support, spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and litigation, for clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Caspersz has appeared at every level of the Ontario courts up to the Court of Appeal, and Chegini has argued motions and trials in the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice.
