AG Law, registered as AG Professional Corporation, is a solo real estate law practice in Thornhill, Ontario, founded by Azin Ghorbankhani. Ghorbankhani holds a B.A. and a J.D. and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario as a barrister and solicitor. Before opening the firm, Ghorbankhani interned with the Crown Attorney of Toronto and worked at a real estate law firm handling residential and commercial transactions and private lending, building more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry along the way.

The firm concentrates on the legal work behind buying, selling, and financing a home, including purchase and sale closings, mortgages, refinances, and second mortgages, plus wills, powers of attorney, notarization, incorporations, and construction lien matters. It's based on the Yonge Street corridor in Thornhill, and according to Legal Aid Ontario's own lawyer directory, the firm can serve clients in English, Farsi, and Persian. AG Law also keeps a blog that walks clients through Ontario real estate and estate topics, from protecting against title fraud during closing to the province's 2026 changes to the Construction Act.
