Rohmer & Fenn is a litigation firm with its office in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The practice centers on general aviation and aerospace law, transportation law, and broader civil litigation, including construction, negligence, personal injury, and insurance defence matters, alongside corporate and commercial work and tax disputes involving the Canada Revenue Agency. The firm's lawyers are admitted across multiple Canadian provinces and territories and several U.S. jurisdictions, and its litigators have handled matters at every level of court, up to and including the Supreme Court of Canada.

The firm carries the name of Richard Rohmer, a Hamilton-born aviator who flew reconnaissance missions over Normandy during the Second World War and received the Distinguished Flying Cross in July 1944. Rohmer was called to the Ontario bar in 1951 and appointed Queen's Counsel in 1960, then combined a law practice with a long public career that included nine years as Chancellor of the University of Windsor. In 1990, Rohmer was named an Officer of the Order of Canada for that record of military, legal, and community service. Rohmer is now retired from active practice.

The aviation side of the practice draws on lawyers with flying backgrounds. The firm describes its aviation team as including professional pilots and aircraft maintenance engineers, applied to general aviation claims and insurance defence work.
