Sharma Law is a small personal injury, criminal defence, and regulatory offences practice in Newmarket, Ontario, run as a sole proprietorship by founder Vishal Sharma. Sharma studied kinesiology and exercise science at York University, then earned an LLB from the University of Leicester in 2011 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2014. The practice has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice, and tribunals including the License Appeal Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal, and the Social Benefits Tribunal.

A second lawyer, Sam Khanlari, joined the firm after completing the dual JD program run jointly by the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, following an honours degree in political science from York University. The support staff includes a paralegal with more than ten years of law clerk experience and a clerk who has worked on personal injury files for more than fifteen years. Alongside its Newmarket office on Main Street South, the firm keeps a second office on Highway 7 in Woodbridge to reach clients across York Region.
