Rudner Law, which operates under the corporate name Stuart Rudner Professional Corporation, is an employment law firm based in Markham, Ontario. Founded by Stuart Rudner, the firm focuses only on employment and workplace law, acting for both employers and employees across the full relationship: hiring and contracts, discipline and dismissal, severance negotiations, human rights and accommodation, workplace investigations, and health and safety. Six lawyers work from the Markham office, and the firm lists service areas across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Milton, Hamilton, Kitchener, and London.

Alongside negotiation and litigation, Rudner also acts as a mediator and arbitrator, offering mediation, arbitration, and med-arb as ways to resolve workplace disputes without going to court. Rudner wrote the book You're Fired! Just Cause for Dismissal in Canada and a guide to Canadian HR law for UKG, and serves as founding program director of Osgoode Professional Development's HR Law for HR Professionals course. Rudner has been named to The Best Lawyers in Canada in the Employment Law category for 12 consecutive years, and the firm won Gold for Best Labour and Employment Boutique Law Firm at the 2023 Canadian HR Awards.
