Mongillo Law Professional Corporation is a family law firm based in Markham, serving clients across York Region, Toronto, Durham, Peel, and Halton. Leonardo Mongillo opened the practice in 2015 after working as a student and then an associate lawyer at a downtown Toronto family law firm from 1999 to 2015. The firm focuses on family law exclusively: divorce, custody and access, child and spousal support, property and equalization, and domestic contracts. Mongillo has represented clients at all three levels of Ontario's courts, the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice, and the practice has reached clients as far as Newmarket, Milton, Brampton, Oshawa, Lindsay, Barrie, Peterborough, and Bracebridge.

Mongillo became a certified collaborative family lawyer in 2011, an approach that brings in cooperatively trained lawyers, financial professionals, and family professionals to negotiate a settlement instead of going to trial. The founder holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from York University and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association. The team includes a senior law clerk with more than 35 years of family law experience who has worked alongside Mongillo for over two decades, and a law clerk who trained at Seneca College's Law Clerk program in 2018 after an earlier career as a hairstylist and citizen journalist.
