Kim Wong Family Law is a solo family law practice based in Markham, serving clients across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Principal lawyer Kim Wong earned a law degree, an LL.B. and a B.Soc.Sc., from the University of Hong Kong in 2012 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019, after working at two mid-sized firms and developing a focus on family law. The practice handles divorce and separation, property division, parenting time and decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, domestic violence matters, and cross-border parenting and relocation cases, and it can proceed by negotiation, mediation, collaborative practice, mediation-arbitration, or, when needed, court litigation. Services are offered in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

The firm's site also describes a personal chapter behind that focus: a four-year period of cancer treatment that began in 2013, credited with deepening faith, compassion, and resilience, and with shaping a decision to walk alongside family law clients through their own difficult transitions. Kim Wong holds certificates in Family Mediation and Collaborative Divorce, belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Family Lawyer Association of Ontario, the York Region Law Association, Christian Legal Fellowship, and the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, and serves on the Elder Board of Bayview Glen Church.
