Eshqoor holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, an LLB from the University of Sussex, and an LLM in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, with a thesis titled 'Tax Optimization in European Football: Attracting Top Talent,' groundwork that fed into the firm's sports and hospitality practice. Since 2021 the firm reports having closed more than 350 real estate transactions and acted for over 1,000 clients, with aggregate deal volume exceeding $150,000,000.
