Wills Law is the Windsor practice of lawyer Michael A. Wills, who has practiced employment, labour, and real estate law in Windsor-Essex County since being called to the Ontario Bar in 1997, the same year the practice began. Wills earned an LLB and a BA in Sociology at the University of Calgary and holds Law Society of Ontario licence number 39797O. Wills is a partner at Pearsall Marshall LLP, and clients meet with Wills at either the firm's Dougall Avenue office in Windsor or a second location on Lesperance Road in Tecumseh, by appointment or virtually.

The practice covers wrongful dismissal, employment contracts, workplace investigations, and grievance and arbitration matters for both employees and employers, along with workplace human rights issues and residential real estate transactions. Wills has appeared before all levels of Ontario courts and, according to Pearsall Marshall LLP, has expanded the firm's employment and litigation practices since joining. Wills also serves on the Board of the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society, elected in October 2025, and has served on other Windsor-Essex community boards, including Teen Health Windsor, the Essex Law Association, Rotary 1918, and VON Windsor.
