Wachna Law Litigation Counsel is a civil litigation firm led by A.J. Wachna, based in Windsor, Ontario, described on the firm's own site as A.J. Wachna's hometown. A second office in Burlington serves clients in the Greater Toronto Area, though the day to day practice is centered in Windsor.

The firm works in three main areas. Injury and insurance work covers both sides of a claim: representing people seeking compensation after a motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, or other accident, and defending individuals and insurers, including statutory accident benefits claims, loss transfer and priority claims, and commercial general liability claims. Transportation work serves trucking companies and their insurers on cargo claims, recovering money owed to trucking companies, driver employment disputes, and defending accident litigation. Real estate work spans closing services for purchases and sales as well as litigation over failed transactions, deposit recovery, and power of sale proceedings.

A.J. Wachna is also past president of the Windsor Transportation Club, a role that tracks the firm's transportation law work. Rather than staffing every task with a lawyer, the firm works with a small team, an associate, a paralegal, a law clerk, and an accountant, along with a law student, delegating routine matters while a lawyer supervises the file. That's meant to keep costs down without losing oversight.
