R.G. Colautti Law Professional Corporation is a civil litigation practice in Windsor, Ontario, led by Raymond Colautti. Colautti was born in Windsor, studied political science at the University of Windsor from 1970 to 1972, and earned a Bachelor of Laws from the same university in 1975. Colautti articled with Paroian, Courey, Cohen & Houston in Windsor, was called to the Ontario bar on March 28, 1977, and then spent more than three decades as an associate and then partner with that firm and its successor, Raphael Partners, before becoming president of R.G. Colautti Law Professional Corporation on June 1, 2008.

Colautti has been certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Civil Litigation since 1990. The practice covers civil, administrative, appellate, and constitutional litigation, including commercial litigation, municipal law, expropriations, labour law, and construction law. Colautti has argued cases before every level of court in Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, including the Authorson v. Canada veterans' pension class action. Colautti has also served as a sessional instructor of civil trial advocacy at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law since 1990, and was a director of the Advocates' Society from 1991 to 1994.
