About KG Virtual Law

KG Virtual Law is a solo practice in Windsor, Ontario, run by lawyer Kristijana Gavrovski, who holds a B.A., LL.B. and is a Barrister, Solicitor, and Notary Public. Gavrovski earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor, specializing in Sociology and Women's Studies, then a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield School of Law in England. Gavrovski returned to Windsor in 2019 to complete the Law Society of Ontario's licensing requirements and was called to the bar in 2022. Earlier experience included Support Through Court and the Criminal Justice Initiative in the UK, and the Victim Witness Assistance Program at the Ontario Court of Justice, supporting victims and witnesses through the court process. Before opening the practice, Gavrovski articled in the Greater Toronto Area in criminal, family, civil litigation, and wills and estates matters.

The practice today is limited to wills and estates work: will drafting, powers of attorney for property and personal care, estate administration, and notary and commissioner of oaths services, including remote commissioning of documents under the option Ontario introduced on August 1, 2020. KG Virtual Law operates entirely online, meeting clients by phone or video conference instead of in a physical office, and gives a flat fee quote upfront rather than billing by the hour. Gavrovski is fluent in English and Croatian.
