Can U5Global Law help me sponsor a spouse or parent to come to Canada?

Yes. Immigration is a core part of the practice, and the firm handles family sponsorships for spouses, children, parents, and grandparents, along with Express Entry, provincial nominee applications, work and study permits, refugee and asylum claims, and citizenship.

I'm buying my first home in Waterloo Region. Can the firm handle the closing?

Yes. The firm acts on residential purchases and sales, including for first-time buyers, and quotes a fixed fee so you know the full cost before closing. Much of the work is done electronically through Ontario's land registry, so it can also help buyers elsewhere in the province.

Does U5Global Law offer help in languages other than English?

Yes. The firm works with clients in several languages, including French, Urdu, Arabic, and Punjabi, with others available on request.

Can the firm prepare my will and power of attorney?

Yes. It drafts simple and more complex wills and continuing powers of attorney for property and personal care, and it can also handle estate planning, probate applications, and trusts.

How do I book a consultation, and can it be done remotely?

You can book through the intake form on the firm's website and choose an in-person, phone, or video meeting. The office aims to respond within 24 hours and is open Monday to Friday.
