Can the firm prepare a marriage or cohabitation agreement?

Yes. It drafts marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements covering property, support, and expense sharing, and it publishes a flat fee of $950 plus HST that includes the review, consultation, legal advice, and signing meeting.

Does Colizza & Carroll take child protection (CAS) cases, and can I use Legal Aid?

Yes. The firm represents parents in child protection matters involving Family and Children's Services, and it accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates for those cases on a case-by-case basis.

I want to settle without going to court. Does the firm offer that?
