Worsley Law is a Toronto law firm that concentrates on life sciences law. It's based at 150 King Street West and works with companies in pharmaceuticals (both prescription and non-prescription), medical devices, and natural health products. The practice covers intellectual property, regulatory, and commercial issues within that sector, including patent clearance and validity opinions, Notice of Allegation preparation, and litigation under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. On the regulatory side, the firm handles product classification, advertising and marketing compliance, drug formulary listing strategies, and judicial review of Health Canada decisions, along with matters before the Patented Medicines Prices Review Board.

Julian Worsley, the firm's founder, came to law with a science background. Before law school, Worsley completed a B.Sc. and then an M.Sc. in pharmacology at the University of Toronto, studying the neurochemistry of drug addiction, then earned an LL.B. from the University of Victoria and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002. Worsley is also a Registered Patent & Trademark Agent, a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, and a member of the Canadian Association of Professionals in Regulatory Affairs. On the commercial side, the practice drafts agreements for importation, fabrication, supply, distribution, and licensing, manages product recalls, and advises on privacy compliance and access to information requests under federal and provincial law.
