About Veall Immigration Law

Veall Immigration Law is a solo immigration practice in Toronto, founded by lawyer Alexandra Veall. Veall holds a B.A. from Trinity College at the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Cardiff University in Wales, and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Veall's immigration law background began during law school, with research and client support work at the UK Immigration and Asylum Tribunal. After returning to Canada, Veall articled and then worked at a small Toronto immigration firm, handling a range of business and individual immigration files, before founding this practice.

The firm advises individuals, families, and businesses on Canadian immigration matters. Services include work permits (both LMIA and LMIA exempt), study permits, visitor visas and Super Visas, restoration of status, and permanent residence applications through Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Programs. The firm also prepares citizenship applications and family sponsorships, and advises on inadmissibility, including medical and criminal grounds, and on subsequent applications after a refusal.
