Sansanwal Law is a solo criminal defence practice in downtown Toronto, founded by Remy Sansanwal. The practice is dedicated exclusively to criminal law, representing clients facing charges across Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, and appears regularly in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. The office is at 55 University Avenue in the city's financial district, reachable through the PATH system with the St. Andrew subway station close by. Before founding the firm, Remy Sansanwal worked at two Toronto criminal law firms, gaining experience on cases that ranged from first degree murder to impaired driving and domestic assault.

Remy Sansanwal graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and also holds a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, along with a master's degree in political science from Western University and an honours bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto. Sansanwal serves as the Toronto Recent Call Director on the board of the Criminal Lawyers' Association and sits on its Membership and Prisons Committees. In August 2026, the firm secured a $1 bail for a client on the first day Ontario's new cash bail rules took effect, a result covered by the Toronto Star.
