Max Berger Professional Law Corporation is a Toronto immigration law firm that has practised Canadian immigration law exclusively since 1987. The firm is headquartered on Bay Street in Toronto and also keeps a Montreal office in the Aldred Building in Old Montreal, close to the Immigration and Refugee Board, plus a Miami Beach office for clients moving between the United States and Canada. The name comes from founder Max Berger, a native of Winnipeg who studied at the University of Manitoba and York University before graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.

The firm's work spans the full range of Canadian immigration matters: permanent residence routes including Express Entry, family sponsorship and the Provincial Nominee Program, temporary residence applications such as study and work permits, and enforcement and appeal work including admissibility hearings, detention reviews, deportation and sponsorship appeals, and Federal Court judicial review.
