Margaret Bojanowska, Barrister is a small Toronto firm built around a single focus: criminal defence litigation. Founder Margaret Bojanowska is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for criminal defence work in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The practice covers trials and appeals at every level of the Ontario court system, from the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice through to the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and takes on serious matters such as murder, sexual assault and drug charges.

Alongside criminal trial and appellate work, the firm defends professionals in regulatory proceedings before bodies including the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, the College of Nurses, the College of Medical Radiation Technologists, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons, and the College of Teachers. The firm also includes Alannah Marrazza-Radeschi, a trial and appellate lawyer who articled at a small Toronto criminal firm before joining the practice and who has published on the law of consent in sexual assault cases. Margaret Bojanowska also teaches trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and has argued numerous appeals before the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
