About Lee & Company

One of the highest-rated law firms in Toronto, going by its Google reviews.

Lee & Company is a Toronto immigration law firm founded in 2001 when Wennie Lee, its principal lawyer, was joined by Marko Vitorovich, a former Citizenship and Immigration Canada officer who became the firm's principal immigration consultant. The two built the practice around immigration litigation and appeals, a narrower focus than general immigration law, and it grew into a firm that appears regularly before the Federal Court of Canada and all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board.

The firm handles judicial reviews of immigration and refugee decisions, motions to stay deportations, admissibility hearings, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and sponsorship appeals, and it also advises other immigration consultants and lawyers on litigation strategy for their clients' cases. Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall, and worked as an associate at Misir, Patterson and a partner at Murji, Paterson, Lee before founding Lee & Company. The firm has represented clients in reported decisions published in the Immigration Law Reporter and the Federal Court Reporter, and it offers services in English and Chinese.
