Greenberg Hameed PC is a Toronto based law firm with a national immigration practice, working out of an office on Front Street West in the city's downtown core. The firm was co-founded by Howard Greenberg and Naumaan Hameed, who each previously led immigration practices at KPMG Canada, Greenberg heading its National Immigration Law Practice and Hameed serving as the firm's Canadian practice leader and a partner at KPMG Law. Greenberg has over 26 years of experience in Canadian immigration law and has taken part in immigration policy development work with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Hameed, who has more than 20 years in the field, is a certified specialist in Canadian immigration law with the Law Society of Ontario.

The firm advises employers on hiring foreign talent through work permits, the Global Talent Stream, intra company transfers and other programs, and it helps individuals and families with permanent residence, spousal and family sponsorship, study permits and visitor visas. It also represents clients challenging visa and work permit refusals in the Federal Court, including judicial reviews, reconsideration requests and procedural fairness responses, and it works with entrepreneurs applying under Canada's Start Up Visa program. Alongside the legal work, the firm built its own set of technology tools, including TalentFlo and TalentConnect, that give employer clients dashboards and automated tracking for their immigration programs.
