ENN Law is a Toronto immigration law firm founded in 2012 by Ekaterina (Katia) Neouimina, a lawyer licensed with the Law Society of Ontario. The practice concentrates on corporate and business immigration, helping employers secure Canadian work authorization through Labour Market Impact Assessments, the Global Talent Stream, LMIA exempt categories, and intra company transfers under NAFTA/CUSMA, CETA, and related trade agreements. For individuals, it handles spousal work permits, visitor records, super visas, study permits, and permanent residence and citizenship applications. Clients range from small and mid sized businesses to Fortune 500 corporations in IT, pharmaceutical, engineering, hospitality, HR, and other industries.
Neouimina holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa with a specialization in international law, a Master of Public Administration from Carleton University, and a Bachelor's degree in political science from the American University in Cairo. Before starting the practice, Neouimina worked at two immigration law firms, a Government of Canada office, and the International Organization for Migration. Neouimina is a founding member and board director of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association and also belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. The firm bills on a fixed fee basis set out in a retainer agreement, so clients aren't billed by the hour.
ENN Law's office is in Suite 1400 of the Continental Building at 18 King Street East, an eighteen storey office tower in Toronto's downtown financial core near Yonge Street. The building is a short walk from the King subway and streetcar stops and sits close to St. Lawrence Market and the King East Design District. A financial district address fits a practice built around corporate and business immigration work, since the HR and legal teams the firm deals with are often based in the same part of downtown.
