Arbeit Law works from the 35th floor of 2 Bloor East, formerly the Hudson's Bay Centre, at the northeast corner of Yonge and Bloor. Completed in 1974 in the International style, the complex pairs a 35-storey office tower with a retail concourse, and Brookfield Properties owns and runs it. The building connects directly to Bloor-Yonge station, the TTC's main transfer point between its north-south and east-west lines. Riders on the Yonge-University-Spadina line should use the Bloor Station exit, while those on the Bloor-Danforth line come out at Yonge Station.
Drivers can park on Asquith Avenue, a block north of Bloor and east of Yonge, or in the building's own underground garage, which is entered from Asquith. Yorkville's shops and restaurants and the Toronto Reference Library are only steps from the office.
