About Frohlich Law

Frohlich Law is a small, family run law firm based in Barrie, Ontario, with a second office in Toronto. Jesse D. Frohlich opened the practice in June 2022, shortly after being called to the Ontario bar that year. Jesse grew up in Barrie and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, plus a law degree from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland. Frohlich Law describes opening the practice as a long held wish to work alongside Yvette Frohlich-Claro, Jesse's mother, who has spent decades in real estate law as a clerk in Barrie.

The firm focuses on residential real estate work, including purchases, sales, financing and refinancing, and on estate planning, including wills and powers of attorney for property and for personal care. It also provides notarial and commissioning services. Yvette Frohlich-Claro, who immigrated to Canada from Budapest, Hungary in 1987, has worked as a real estate law clerk in Barrie since 1995 and now serves as Frohlich Law's senior law clerk and office manager. Ontario's remote closing rules let the firm meet clients by phone or video as well as in person, whether they're in Barrie, Toronto, or elsewhere in the province.
