Mathieu Quesnel Professional Corporation is a small law firm on Casselman's main street, in Ontario's Prescott-Russell region about 55 kilometres southeast of Ottawa. Founder Mathieu Quesnel, a Casselman native, graduated from the University of Ottawa's civil law program in 2001 and its common law program in 2002, then articled with Tolhurst and Miller in nearby L'Orignal before being called to the Ontario bar in 2003. Quesnel has practiced law in Casselman since being called to the bar and opened the firm's full-time office on the town's main street in 2009. Quesnel also served as a Casselman municipal councillor for nearly a decade, starting at age 19.

In March 2010, following the death of local lawyer Alain Benoit, the firm took over the wills and files of Benoit and Benoit, extending its estate planning work in the community. The team includes Anik Meredith, who joined as a part-time lawyer in 2010 after being called to the Ontario bar in 2005 and who focuses on residential real estate transactions, along with legal assistant Chantal Brisson, previously of Benoit and Benoit. The firm handles real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, and corporate and business law, and it offers services in English and French.
