Rose Family Law is a family law firm on Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga's Clarkson Village neighbourhood. Malerie Rose opened the office in 2015, after several years at a family law firm in downtown Toronto. Rose was called to the Ontario bar in 2006, holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa, and attended New York University's BFA program before law school. The firm handles divorce and separation, custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements, and Rose has significant experience with high conflict matters, appearing regularly at the Superior and Ontario Courts of Justice and having advocated at the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Alongside courtroom work, the firm offers mediation and arbitration for couples who'd rather settle things outside a courtroom, though it says plainly that mediation doesn't suit every case, particularly ones where both people can't sit down together. Rose is also training to become a certified family law mediator. The team stays small: an associate handles parenting and child protection files, and a law clerk who's been with the firm since it opened in 2015 rounds things out. Rose Family Law serves Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, and the wider Greater Toronto Area.
