Irani Law is a Mississauga law firm founded by Nadia Irani, who has been licensed to practise law in Ontario since June 2018. The office is on Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga's City Centre, a few minutes' walk from Square One and the Civic Centre. Irani Law describes itself as offering "Big-Firm Knowledge, Small-Firm Attention," and it builds much of its billing around flat fees rather than hourly rates. The office also includes a law clerk who works alongside the firm's founder on client files.

The practice concentrates on three areas: real estate transactions such as purchases, sales, and mortgage refinancing; corporate and business law, including incorporation, shareholder agreements, and commercial lease drafting; and estate planning and administration, covering wills, powers of attorney, and administering an estate after someone has died. Within its business law work, Irani Law has built out services aimed specifically at dental and medical professionals, including incorporating dentistry professional corporations and negotiating commercial leases for dental offices. The firm reports having completed more than 125 business closings and negotiated more than 100 commercial leases.
