Everest Law is a small Mississauga firm practising civil litigation, criminal law, and family law, run by founder Omer S. Chaudhry. The firm was founded in 2017 and works out of a single office on Britannia Road East. Chaudhry is a native of Mississauga, completed an undergraduate degree at York University, then attended Florida Coastal School of Law on scholarship, graduating with honours and earning a J.D. along with a separate diploma in Research and Legal Writing. During law school, Chaudhry was recognized for extensive pro bono work in the Jacksonville community. Before opening Everest Law, Chaudhry spent formative years training under senior lawyers, including time with a criminal lawyer and years at a civil litigation firm learning the practice from senior counsel.

The firm's civil litigation work covers personal injury, real estate, corporate and shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, and employment matters, among others. On the criminal side it takes on charges ranging from impaired driving and fraud to more serious offences, and its family law practice handles divorce, custody, property division, and support, including cases that cross international jurisdictions. Chaudhry also takes cases that combine a criminal charge with a family law issue at the same time, rather than treating them as separate files. Everest Law offers services in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.
