Chaudhry is a native of Mississauga, completed an undergraduate degree at York University, then attended Florida Coastal School of Law on scholarship, graduating with honours and earning a J.D. along with a separate diploma in Research and Legal Writing. During law school, Chaudhry was recognized for extensive pro bono work in the Jacksonville community. Before opening Everest Law, Chaudhry spent formative years training under senior lawyers, including time with a criminal lawyer and years at a civil litigation firm learning the practice from senior counsel.
The firm's civil litigation work covers personal injury, real estate, corporate and shareholder disputes, insurance coverage, and employment matters, among others.
