Eva Mak Professional Corporation is a sole law practice in Mississauga, Ontario. The corporation was incorporated in 2007, and Eva Mak opened the practice under it in the summer of 2008. The firm describes itself as a Christian law corporation focused on personal legal service for individuals and small businesses. Its work centers on wills and estate planning, probate, and personal and family trusts, together with family law and family litigation. Eva Mak Professional Corporation also handles business and not-for-profit incorporation and maintenance, and commercial litigation.

Eva Mak's legal career began in Hong Kong, with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Hong Kong in 1983 and articles at the Hong Kong firm Kao, Lee and Yip. Eva Mak was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 1987, the same year a Master of Laws with Honors was completed in London, and went on to lecture on commercial and property law at the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law from 1987 to 1992. After moving to Ontario in 1992, Eva Mak requalified as a barrister and solicitor in 1995 and has practiced law in Ontario since, first as a partner at another firm and, since 2007, through Eva Mak Professional Corporation.
