Eunice Kim & Associates is a Mississauga law firm that has operated from its Dundas Street East office since 1995. Founder Eunice Eun-Hee Kim holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto (1982) and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (1985), and was called to the Ontario bar in 1987 and the New York State bar the same year. Before returning to Ontario, the founder practiced in New York City from 1987 to 1992, advising cross border businesses on corporate commercial and international trade matters, including joint ventures, distribution agreements, franchises, and commercial leases, and serving as in house counsel to companies listed on the TSX-V, CNQ, and NASDAQ.
The firm today includes associate Mae Alampay, called to the Ontario bar in 2010 after roughly ten years of civil and commercial litigation practice in the Philippines following a 1995 call to the Philippines bar, and associate Cathleen Kim, called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
