Curyk Law is a solo family law practice run by Monika Curyk out of Mississauga, Ontario, with an office on Palstan Road. The practice focuses almost exclusively on family law, covering divorce and separation, spousal and child support, cohabitation and marriage agreements, and family mediation, along with wills and powers of attorney.

Before turning to law, Curyk Law's founder trained as a mental health professional, working as a therapist and counsellor. That background built an understanding of conflict resolution, relationship dynamics, and the strain separation and divorce put on families, including parenting in crisis and domestic violence. A law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School followed, along with two master's degrees in psychology, one of them from the University of Toronto. The practice draws on that combined background, negotiating settlements where possible and going to court when litigation is necessary, and it offers family mediation as an alternative path through separation for clients it fits. The office works in English and Polish, and it's listed with Legal Aid Ontario, accepting legal aid certificates for family law matters, including domestic violence advice.
