CHD Law is a small family and real estate law firm in Mississauga, Ontario. Chaitali H. Desai, the firm's principal lawyer, opened the practice in February 2010 and runs it today as CHD Law, Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public. The firm works out of a single office on Edwards Boulevard and serves clients across Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Markham, Vaughan, and the wider Greater Toronto Area. Its practice concentrates on two areas: family law matters such as separation, divorce, and custody, and real estate law, covering residential and commercial purchases, sales, and refinancing. The firm also offers notary public services on a walk-in basis, with no appointment needed.

Desai was called to the Bar of Ontario in January 2009. Before opening the practice, Desai worked at a family law firm in Brampton and articled at a small Mississauga firm focused on real estate law starting in 2006, building eight years of experience in real estate and family law in the Region of Peel before establishing CHD Law. Desai is fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and appears regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on family law matters, including contested trials and emergency motions.
