About Bobesich Law

Bobesich Law is a Mississauga law firm serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area in real estate, wills and estate planning, estate litigation and probate, immigration, family, employment, corporate and civil litigation law. The firm traces back more than 50 years to founder Gordon Bobesich, who practiced law for five decades before dying in 2024. Bobesich served four separate terms as a Bencher of the then Law Society of Upper Canada, a role held over 16 years, and was later appointed a judge of the Small Claims Court, a post held for several years. The firm continues today under Gregory Bobesich, the founder's successor.

The team communicates in English, French, Russian, Mandarin and Croatian, useful across a service area that stretches from Oakville and Burlington through Brampton, Milton, Hamilton and Guelph to Vaughan, Toronto, Streetsville and Richmond Hill. Beyond Mississauga, Gordon Bobesich served clients in both Sudbury and the Greater Toronto Area, and after moving to Oakville continued to support Croatian organizations including Sveti Marko Croatian Roman Catholic Church, the Croatia Adria Sudbury soccer club, the Croatian National Home and the Hrvatska Kolo and Tamburica Sudbury dance ensemble, plus ten years with the Canadian Croatian Choral Society. In 2024 the firm established the Zlatko (Gordon) Bobesich Law Scholarship in the founder's memory, supporting aspiring lawyers who share Gordon Bobesich's dedication to the law, higher education and community service.
