AzizKhanLaw's litigation practice traces back to 2000, when Aziz Khan began practicing law in Dhaka, Bangladesh. After moving to Canada in 2012, Aziz Khan established the firm's Mississauga, Ontario office, which serves as its Canadian base alongside the original Dhaka office. The firm represents individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in both countries, with a broad criminal and civil litigation practice spanning intellectual property and copyright matters, corporate and business law, contract disputes, tenancy matters, divorce, and workplace and motor vehicle accident claims.

Aziz Khan earned a law degree from Dhaka University in Bangladesh in 1988, after an earlier Master of Science degree from the same university and service as a commissioned officer in the Air Force, retiring as Wing Commander. Called to the Bangladesh Bar Council in 1991 and enrolled in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2000, Aziz Khan went on to practice before its Appellate Division from 2007 and served as a Senior Lawyer with Bangladesh's Anti Corruption Commission from 2007 to 2012. After moving to Canada in 2012, Aziz Khan obtained a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and was called to the bar in Ontario as a barrister and solicitor.
