About Asteria Law

Clients rate this firm highly on Google.

Asteria Law Professional Corporation is a multi-disciplinary law firm serving the Greater Toronto Area from two offices, one in Mississauga and one in Toronto's First Canadian Place tower. The firm practises criminal law, family law, business law, and civil litigation, and its lawyers appear regularly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice on both domestic and international matters. A separate immigration practice, reached through its own email address, handles permanent residence applications, family sponsorship, and entrepreneur and start up visa programs.

The firm's principal lawyer and founder, Rajesh Kumar, is a law graduate and holds an MBA from the University of Toronto. Asteria Law says it focuses on "only few cases at any time" so each client gets individual attention, and it runs a line for urgent matters, including bail hearings, outside regular business hours. Its guiding motto borrows from Aristotle: "Ethos. Pathos. Logos," credibility, empathy, and logic brought to each file.
