About ASG Law

ASG Law Professional Corporation is a small, independent law firm based in Mississauga, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. It's run by founder Ajay Grewal, a barrister and solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Ontario who has practiced law since 2017. The firm concentrates on three areas: family law, covering separation and divorce, child custody, property division, and marriage contracts; real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, and lenders, ranging from first time condominium purchases to more complex deals; and landlord and tenant matters before Ontario's Landlord and Tenant Board.

Before founding the firm, Ajay Grewal worked as an adjudicator at the Landlord and Tenant Board, and that background now shapes a dedicated landlord side practice the firm runs under the trade name Evict Your Tenant. That arm handles notices of termination, rent arrears applications, tenant claim defences, hearings, and post order enforcement for landlords across Ontario. The firm describes its own approach as open, friendly, and responsive, with communication and procedures built to give clients practical, constructive advice.
