About Anton Wilowski

Anton and Wilowski LLP is a real estate law firm with offices in Mississauga, Burlington, and Georgetown (Halton Hills), Ontario. Its name joins its two founding partners, Anthony Anton and Jennifer Wilowski-Gray, who lead the firm together. Rather than operating from one central branch, the firm describes its practice as running primarily online, meeting clients virtually while keeping three physical offices open across the region.

The firm's work centres on real estate law. It handles the purchase and sale of resale homes, condominiums, and pre-construction properties, along with mortgage refinances, title transfers, survivorship applications, and Notice of Security Interest deletions. It also takes on commercial real estate transactions and leasing, and represents both borrowers and lenders in private mortgage deals, including RRSP and TFSA mortgage funding. Anton and Wilowski-Gray met while both studying law at the University of Sussex in England, despite having lived around the corner from each other in Ontario. Before founding the firm together, each had worked for sole practitioners, building hands-on experience with a range of client files.
