Yanique Russell Law is a Toronto area law firm founded by Yanique Russell, an internationally educated lawyer from Jamaica who holds a UK law degree. Russell completed two professional LLM programs at Osgoode Hall Law School, in Canadian common law in 2019 and international business law in 2020, then articled in Ontario with a retired deputy judge to satisfy the National Committee on Accreditation's requirements before being licensed by the Law Society of Ontario to practise law. The firm operates from two Greater Toronto Area offices, in Brampton and Scarborough, and also serves clients virtually.

The practice centers on newcomers and first-generation wealth builders, pairing immigration and settlement work with business law, wills and estates, and family law so a client's status, assets, and family arrangements can be planned together instead of in separate silos. Services span study and work permits, Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program applications, and spousal sponsorship on the immigration side, and incorporations, contracts, wills, powers of attorney, and family mediation and arbitration bundles on the civil side. Russell also holds a licence as a foreign worker recruiter and, before founding this firm, started a Jamaica based immigration services company and a student recruitment firm serving the Caribbean and Latin America.
