Woodwal Law Office is a solo practice based in Brampton, Ontario, that has served the Greater Toronto Area and Peel Region since 2005. The firm is run by Gurcharan Singh Woodwal, a barrister, solicitor, and notary public who was called to the Ontario Bar on September 23, 2005 as a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. The practice handles real estate and business closings, corporate and business law, wills and estates, powers of attorney, affidavits, and notarial services, and it offers those services in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

The office opened at Westwood Mall in Malton in December 2005 and moved to its current Kenview Boulevard location in Brampton in July 2011, after more than five years there. Before practicing in Ontario, Woodwal was admitted to the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Council in 1991, and worked as a district manager for Punjab State Civil Supplies Corporation and as chief manager at Mahavir Spinning Mills Limited. Woodwal also holds a law degree that placed first in university exams and earned a University Gold Medal, along with an MBA in corporate planning and strategy, and once competed for the Province of Punjab in national level cycling events.
