Kania Lawyers is a family law firm based in Brampton, with additional locations in Mississauga and on Bay Street in Toronto, serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. The firm is led by Senior Counsel Andrew Kania and Senior Partner Susan L. Kania, and beyond family law it also assists clients with employment law, criminal law, wills and estates, and real estate. Kania Lawyers offers free consultations and describes itself as available around the clock, with evening and weekend appointments at its Brampton office.

Andrew Kania holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto and a Master of Laws with Distinction from the University of Leicester in England, and has almost 30 years of experience in law. Before returning fully to practice, Andrew Kania served as a Member of Parliament and chaired Parliament's Scrutiny of Regulations Committee in the House of Commons. Andrew Kania was also elected Secretary of the Ontario Bar Association, a role representing the province's more than 17,000 lawyers, and taught family law and civil litigation as an instructor for the Law Society of Ontario.

Susan L. Kania holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Ottawa, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994, and has focused on family law exclusively since then.
