About GKB Law Professional Corporation

GKB Law Professional Corporation is a small law firm in Brampton, Ontario, founded by Gurdeep Kaur Bhachu, a barrister and solicitor called to the bar in Alberta in 2016 and in Ontario in 2017. Since then, Bhachu has represented individuals and corporations, acting as lead counsel in some trials and as co-counsel in others, and has conducted cross-examinations and argued motions before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court.

The firm practices family law, real estate litigation, wills and estates law including probate, and immigration law, and aims to stay responsive to individual case needs across Ontario. Family law work runs from divorce and separation to child custody, access, support and equalization of property, including matters that go to trial rather than settle. The immigration practice covers family sponsorship, permanent residence applications such as Express Entry and Provincial Nominee Program streams, citizenship applications and inadmissibility matters, while the real estate practice handles purchases, sales, mortgage disputes and title issues.
